Honorarium Payments
If you plan to invite a guest to your course and wish to provide an honorarium, you must submit their name to Itzel Lopez at least two weeks in advance to verify their eligibility for payment; note that payments to foreign nationals, which are dependent on visa status, are not always possible. Please alert your guest to the school’s form request so that they may receive prompt payment.
Faculty and Student Group Promotional Materials Requests
If you are looking to request promotional graphics (posters or social media) for school and student-related events, such as exhibitions, seminars, conferences, studio tours, competition deadlines, parties, portfolio reviews, etc., please email the Assistant Director of Events and Communications Grace Spee (gspee2@uic.edu).
Third Floor Monitor and First Floor Projector Policy
Display class work on the monitor during the semester by emailing a request to the Assistant Director of Events and Communications Grace Spee. Submitted work will be reviewed by the team and you will receive a notification upon approval—we make every effort to accommodate all requests.
News and Events Notifications
We are always looking to promote your achievements and share some photos, whether it be an exhibition, award, participation in a juried competition, news article, publication, class trip, or special class project. We will post submitted text and photos on our website and social media. Your participation will help us create a vibrant and engaging community where all achievements are celebrated.
